Dreams do come true
Equine Natural Care truly has the most comprehensive, custom, herbal blends for horses in the USA! It was a natural fit for me to become an Independent Distributor in 2019, but my journey with herbs and horses began many years before.
I got my first Herbs for Horses book when I was 14 and have been self studying herbs ever since. I love reading and learning about health and wellness and supporting the body in a wholistic way, it’s my favorite topic aside from horses.
I started riding when I was 7, and was totally horse crazy. When I was 13, I saw my dream horse across a fence. I asked my Dad to stop the truck so I could pet her. She was the most beautiful horse I had ever laid eyes on, and I knew she would be mine. I knocked on the door of the house on the property, and an elderly man answered. I asked if he would consider selling the palomino mare. He said no, she was his pet and he liked to lead the grandkids around on her. Well, I gave him my number incase he changed his mind.
For a whole year I saved all the money I could for Sugar and prayed that she would be with me someday.
A year after I laid eyes on her, there was a knock at the door, and the elderly man asked if I was still interested in buying his palomino mare. My parents jaws dropped to the floor, but I was not surprised at all. I was so happy, I had faith, that she was the one for me. This was but one of the many prayers that God has answered.
Sugar was always there for me. She was there for all those big moments and rights of passage in my life. She was my heart horse. More than that, Sugar was my teacher. I got to spend 20 good years with her. And that last year, she helped me find my voice, as a woman, and not just a girl.
For the first time in my life, I heard her voice, she dropped messages right into my head. I learned to listen to my God given intuition, and follow that still small voice. After that, I started hearing other animals drop me messages. Because of Sugar I sought out equine bodywork and herbal supplements because she needed it. That led me to finding Equine Natural Care a few years ago, the products were what I had been looking for my “whole life”!
I now have two mares, and a yearling colt that I raised. I recently said goodbye to my beloved mini who was 23 and a huge part of my family, for myself and my kids.
